You’ve got a job to do… but it doesn’t have to be frustrating and time-consuming
Ripping out drywall and siding to “remove and replace” rusted tension tie straps out there makes life harder for everyone involved. Replacing j-bolts also brings shivers up the spine.
Until now, foundation crack repairs and the replacement of corroded anchors was a lose-lose proposition.

Proudly made in the USA.

Patent No.: 12,227,935 B2
Official description of Patent Anchor Bolt
“Standard Knife Anchor includes a rotating blade at one end and may also include a removable viewing box on the opposite end that are adapted to allow a J-Bolt to be replaced from the outside of a building without the need of cutting drywall or any exterior siding. Furthermore, the removable box may be used to allow an engineer to view and certify the proper tightening of the anchor bolt securing the vertical walls and framework of the building to its foundation.”
The new Standard Anchor Bolts are made in the USA, over-engineered, because it’s the right thing to do and ready to be permitted in any city municipality anywhere. They exceed building code requirements and ACI and ICRI guidelines.
The bolts are made from ⅝” B7 rod, making them corrosion-resistant and built to last.
